Canberra Hospital Building 8 Expansion
Building 8 at the Canberra Hospital is a four-storey new build. It forms part of the ongoing work on the more than $600 million Canberra Hospital Expansion Project
Canberra Hospital Building 15
Starting with the demolition of the existing building and its replacement with a two-storey modular construction. A total of 96 individual building modules were manufactured in Queensland and transported to Canberra over eight weeks. All modules were installed onsite, with the base building erected in under four months.
Canberra Hospital Building 28
The new two storey administration building is 1,200m2 and includes a lift and lobby area along with office facilities and amenities. A rapid build solution was required to achieve completion under very tight time constraints as Building 28 was the first stage of the Spire project, which includes several other major hospital upgrades.
Jerrabomberra High School
The new high school in Jerrabomberra is a Years 7 to 12 comprehensive high school.
Daramalan College Performing Arts Centre
The building will accommodate a black box theatre with more than 150 seats, a drama studio, music teaching rooms and sound-insulated practice studios.
Deakin One
The Deakin.One commercial development is a three-storey office building which completes the Deakin masterplan.
The Anglican School Googong - Senior School Hub West Wing
New west wing of the Senior Hub at Googong Anglican School. The west wing features four general learning spaces, a science room, staff pod and three technical rooms. The classrooms are all interlinked by a large central common breakout space.
Winnunga Nimmityjah Aboriginal Health & Community Services
The project comprises a two-storey new build with basement parking, incorporating rooms for counselling, GP consulting, dental surgery, breakout spaces and staff areas, as well as larger community spaces.

The development includes 89 apartments spread across one three-storey and two four-level apartment blocks over a shared basement.
The Henry Retirement Village
The project comprises of a new boutique retirement village featuring 46 single storey townhouses and 54 independent living units apartments split across two buildings (one four storeys and the other five storeys) offering basement carparking, community club house and landscaped surrounds.
The Canberra Hospital Building 3 Ward 14A & 14B
The project consists of new Haematology Ward to accommodate 21 patients, largely comprised of single bedrooms and a purpose-built lead lined Iodine treatment room.

The Hydraulic package was a total design & Construct with the external work associated with the relocation of the authorities 300mm DICL water main. As well as a pipe burst for enlargement of a 150mm to 250mm sewer main for Actew AGL.
